​​​​On January 19, 2024, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Court of King's Bench of Alberta as the receiver-manager (the "Receiver"), without security, of CatalX CTS Ltd. and Catalx Management Ltd. and all the current and future assets, undertakings and​​ properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situate, including all proceeds thereof.

April 25, 2024 – Receiver's Update

The Receiver has scheduled a Court Application for May 28, 2024, wherein the Receiver intends to provide an update of ongoing activities as well as provide information regarding the progress of the forensic investigation. The Receiver's report will be made publicly available after it is filed with Court.
