Introduction and Overview

​Notice is hereby given that COALISION INC. has filed a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal to its creditors under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and we have consented to act as trustee, as per the Certificate for notice of intention, dated May 26, 2020.

On June 19, 2020, Coalision Inc., filed first motion for an extension of delay.  The motion was granted on June 23, 2020 prolonging the delay until August 7, 2020.

On August 8, 2020, Coalision Inc. was ​​deemed to have filed an assignment (bankruptcy) in accordance with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Given the situation caused by Covid-19, the first meeting of creditors of the Bankrupt was held on August 27, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. via conference call.
