​​​​​​​​​​On February 17, 2023, Boaz Pharmaceuticals Inc. ("Boaz" or the “Company") made an assignment into Bankruptcy pursuant to section 49(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, RSC 1985, c B-3 (the “BIA"). Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (“Deloitte") was appointed as Trustee of the Bankruptcy on the same date.

The First Meeting of Creditors will be held on March 9, 2023 at 10am MST through Microsoft Teams teleconference. To be entitled to vote at the meeting you must file with us, prior to the meeting, a proof of claim form, and where necessary, a proxy. On September 5, 2024, The Trustee obtained its discharge.
