Introduction and Overview

​​​​​​​​​​On May 3, 2023, a First Day Initial Order (the “Initial Order") was sought and obtained from the Quebec Superior Court, district of Quebec under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA") with regard to Centre de distribution Transrapide Inc., Complexe groupe Transrapide Inc., 9480-5348 Quebec Inc., Entreposage des Riveurs s.e.c. and its general partner 9435-8470 Quebec Inc. (the “Debtors") and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (the “Monitor") was appointed monitor.​
