On April 27, 2023, Clough Canada Limited ("CCL" or the “Company") made an assignment into Bankruptcy pursuant to section 49(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, RSC 1985, c B-3 (the “BIA"). Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (“Deloitte") was appointed as Trustee of the Bankruptcy on the same date.
The Trustee obtained its discharge on February 27, 2025.
