On March 10, 2011, an Order was made by Deputy Registrar Janet E. Mills of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice adjudging the Debtors bankrupt (the “Bankruptcy Order”). Pursuant to the Bankruptcy Order, Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy (the “Trustee”) of the Debtors.
