As you are aware, Western Manufacturing Ltd. (the "Company") filed (or was deemed to have filed) an assignment on the 21st day of November 2018, and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Trustee. 

On May 1, 2023, the Trustee was discharged as Trustee from the bankruptcy estate. ​​ ​
