​​​​​Canusa Products Inc.

On June 7, 2013, Canusa Products Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy pursuant to Section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (formerly Deloitte & Touche Inc.) was appointed as Trustee of the Bankrupt estate.

 

On August 30, 2013, the publishing rights and trademarks and other properties associated with the magazines were sold to Cruz Bay Publishing, Inc.

 

Deloitte Restructuring Inc. obtained its discharge as Trustee of Canusa Products Inc. on June 5, 2017.
