Toronto, February 4, 2010 – On February 4, 2010 by Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List), Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed receiver of all the assets, undertakings and properties of Financial Transport Inc, Freightliner of Kingston Inc., Jain Truck Lease Ltd., Global Transport Insurance Brokers Inc., 6181732 Canada Inc. and 2105810 Ontario Inc.
A copy of the receivership order, requisite notices to creditors, and other information in these proceedings are (or will be) posted below as they become available.
Deloitte & Touche Inc. in its capacity as court-appointed receiver has taken possession of the property of the Debtors and has been authorized by the Court to market and solicit offers in respect of the property. Particulars concerning the property available for sale will be posted below as the information becomes available.
