On November 13, 2013, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed Receiver (the “Receiver”) of Gaddess Industrial Inc.. The Receiver was privately appointed by the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (“CIBC”), who holds general security over all of the present and after-acquired personal property of the Company.
