Introduction and Overview

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​On March 18, 2024, the Petitioners, Goli Nutrition Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of Canada, and Goli Nutrition Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware (collectively, the "Debtors") obtained a First Day Initial Order under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") from the Quebec Superior Court (Commercial Division), district of Montréal (the "Court").  ​​
