Homco Realty Fund (116) Limited Partnership filed an assignment in bankruptcy on the 21nd day of December 2020, and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee’s appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.

The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on January 11, 2021, at 10:20 a.m., virtually, at the offices of Trustee, located at La Tour Deloitte, 1190 avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal, Montreal, Quebec.
