On September 15, 2026, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed receiver (the “Receiver") of Labtest Certification Inc., Labtest Certification Ontario Inc., 2842878 Ontario Inc., and Goshu Products/Services Inc. (collectively, the “Debtors"), pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
