​​​​Notice is hereby given that Nuera Entreprises Canada Inc. has filed a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal to its creditors under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and we have consented to act as trustee, as per the Certificate for notice of intention, dated May 13, 2024.

On June 13, 2024, Nuera Enterprises Canada Inc. was deemed to have filed an assignment. The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on June 25, at 10​:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) via conference call.​
