Receivership:

By Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Court") granted December 6, 2018 (the "Appointment Order"), Deloitte Restructuring Inc. ("Deloitte") was appointed as Receiver (the "Receiver") of all of the assets, undertaking and properties of Royal Canadian Bedrock Inc. (the "Debtor") acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor, save and except for certain equipment in respect of which there is a prior-ranking security interest pursuant to paragraph 2 of the Appointment Order.

Bankruptcy:

The December 6, 2018 Court Order of Justice Hainey appointing the Receiver permitted the Receiver to file an Assignment in Bankruptcy on behalf of the Debtor. On October 1, 2019, the Receiver filed an Assignment in Bankruptcy on behalf of Royal Canadian Bedrock Inc. and the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy issued a Certificate of Appointment to Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as trustee of the estate of Royal Canadian Bedrock Inc.
