On November 28, 2014, the Ontario Securities Commission made an application for an Order to appoint a Receiver over certain assets of Securus Capital Inc. Shaun McErlean and 2165520 Ontario Inc., namely 17-27 Jacob Terrace, Barrie, Ontario. The Order was issued pursuant to section 129(1) of the Securities Act, R.S.O. 1990 c S-5, as amended, and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act R.S.O. 1990, c. C43, as amended, by the Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) ("Receivership Order"). Information regarding the receivership proceedings can be found below.
