​​On November 13, 2018, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, Judicial District of Calgary as Interim Receiver of the current and future assets, undertakings and properties of 1851018 Alberta Ltd.

On May 9, 2019, pursuant to the Order for Discharge of Interim Receiver posted below, the interim receivership proceedings concluded and the Interim Receiver was discharged.  The same day a Final Order for Foreclosure was pronounced vesting the properties of 1851018 Alberta Ltd. in the secured creditor.
