On December 5, 2017, 2523707 Ontario Inc. (o/a MELTwich) (“Meltwich” or the “Company”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (“Deloitte”) was appointed as trustee (the “Trustee”).
On August 13, 2018, the Trustee was discharged as Trustee of the bankruptcy estate pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
