Pursuant to an Order made by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on January 23, 2017, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed Receiver of the assets, undertakings and properties of 2Source Manufacturing Inc.

Bankruptcy

On March 31, 2017, the Superior Court of Justice issued an Order authorizing Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as Court-appointed Receiver (the “Receiver”) of  2Source Manufacturing Inc., (“2Source”) to file an assignment in bankruptcy of behalf of 2Source.

 On July 21, 2017, the Receiver filed an assignment in bankruptcy on behalf of 2Source and the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy issued a Certificate of Appointment. The Meeting of Creditors will be held at the offices of the Trustee, 8 Adelaide Street West, Suite 200, Toronto Ontario on August 10, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.
