Please be advised that on January 24, 2020, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia issued a bankruptcy order adjudging 3246628 Nova Scotia Limited ("324NS"); into bankruptcy (the “Bankruptcy Order”). Under the Bankruptcy Order, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee of 324NS.
