Notice is hereby given that 6607250 Canada Inc. (Christian Bélec Construction Inc.) has filed a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal to its creditors under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and we have consented to act as trustee, as per the Certificate for notice of intention, dated December 14, 2021.
On January 14, 2022, 6607250 Canada Inc. (Christian Bélec Construction Inc.) was deemed to have filed an assignment (bankruptcy) in accordance with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on February 1, 2022 10:00 AM, by videoconference.
