​NOTICE is hereby given that ​9444-9402 QUEBEC INC. filed an assignment on January 13, 2022 and Deloitte Restructuring Inc., was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt, as stipulated on the Certificate of Appointment.

The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on January 27, 2022 10:15 AM, by videoconference. Any creditor wishing to attend the meeting is required to contact the trustee by email at "montrealrs@deloitte.ca" before Wednesday January 26, 2022 3:00 PM.
