On August 10, 2015, Deloitte Restructuring Inc., was appointed to act as Receiver to all the assets, undertaking and properties of Abond Corporation Inc. pursuant to a receivership order rendered by the Superior Court of Québec, Commercial Division under Section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
On April 3, 2017, the Receiver was discharged.
