On August 1, 2016, AVANT-GARDE TECHNOLOGIE CFMA INC. has filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal to its creditors, and we have consented to act as trustee.

​On August 30, 2016, Avant-Garde Technologie CFMA Inc., filed a motion for an extension of delay in accordance with the Section 50.4 paragraph 9 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Said motion was granted, thereby having the effect of prolonging the delay in which to file the proposal by an additional thirty (30) days, from August 31, 2016 until September 30, 2016.

On September 23, 2016, following a Motion to authorize the sale of certain assets and the issuance of a vesting order, an Order was rendered by the Court approving the sale and vesting of almost all of the assets.

On October 3, 2016, Avant-Garde Technologie CFMA Inc. was deemed to have filed an assignment, as per the Report of Trustee on non–filling of Proposal, dated October 3, 2016.

The first meeting of creditors of the Bankrupt was held on the 24th day of October at 9:00 a.m., at the office of the Trustee located at 1190 avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal (La Tour Deloitte), Suite 500, Room 4-002, Montréal Québec H3B 0M7.
