December 22, 2011 - Barzel lndustries Canada Inc. filed an assignment on the 22nd day of December 2011, and Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed as Trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee's appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.
The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt was held on the 12th day of January 2012, at 10:00 o'clock AM, at the office of Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, at 55 Bay Street, North, 9th Floor, Hamilton Ontario and Deloitte & Touche Inc.'s appointment as Trustee was confirmed.
The bankruptcy administration has been completed and the Trustee was discharged on March 2, 2017.
