On June 8, 2015, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. ("Deloitte") was appointed by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta , Judicial District of Calgary as receiver and manager (the "Receiver") in respect of all the assets and property (the "Property") of Big Eagle Hydro-Vac Inc., Big Eagle Limited Partnership, Big Eagle Hydro-Vac (North) Inc., and Big Eagle (North) Limited Partnership (collectively "Big Eagle" or the "Companies").

The Receiver was discharged by the Court of the Queen’s Bench of Alberta on May 18, 2016.
