November 12th, 2019 – Take notice that Bouclair Inc. and Bouclair International Inc. have filed a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal to its creditors and that we have consented to act as Trustee.

On December 6, 2019, Bouclair Inc. and Bouclair International Inc., filed a first motion for an extension of delay.  The motion was granted on December 10, 2019 prolonging the delay until January 24, 2020.

On January 21, 2020, Bouclair Inc. and Bouclair International Inc., filed a second motion for an extension of delay.  The motion was granted on January 23, 2020 prolonging the delay until March 2, 2020.

On February 27, 2020, Bouclair Inc. and Bouclair International Inc., filed a third motion for an extension of delay.  The motion was granted on March 2, 2020 prolonging the delay until March 27, 2020.

On March 24, 2020, Bouclair Inc. and Bouclair International Inc., filed a fourth motion for an extension of delay.  The motion was granted on March 27, 2020 prolonging the delay until May 8, 2020.

On May 4, 2020, Bouclair Inc. and Bouclair International Inc., filed a fourth motion for an extension of delay.  The motion was granted on May 7, 2020 prolonging the delay until May 11, 2020.

On May 11, 2020, Bouclair Inc. and Bouclair International Inc. filed a proposal with the Superintendent of Bankruptcy.

On July 8, 2020, Bouclair Inc. and Bouclair International Inc. filed an amended proposal with the Superintendent of Bankruptcy.

On July 17, 2020, the Superior Court of Quebec rendered an order appointing Deloitte Restructuring Inc. Receiver under section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

On August 12, 2020, the Superior Court of Québec sanctioned the amended proposal of Bouclair Inc. and Bouclair International Inc.

Section 2.1 g) of the amended proposal provides that the payment to be made to unsecured creditors must be made within 45 days of the sanction of the amended proposal by the Court, therefore by September 26, 2020.

To benefit from the amended proposal, creditors must have filed, in the prescribed form, their proof of claim with the Trustee by no later than September 23, 2020, at 5 p.m. Eastern Prevailing Time.
