Introduction and Overview

On May 29, 2012, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (formerly Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche Inc.) was appointed to act as Receiver to all the assets, undertakings and properties of Century Mining Corporation pursuant to a receivership order rendered by the Superior Court of Québec, Commercial Division under section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
