​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​On April 7, 2026, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as the Receiver and Manager without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and property of Columbia National Steel Products Inc. and Westud Steel Products Ltd. (collectively, the "Debtors") acquired​ for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtors.
