As you are aware, Command Energy Services Ltd. (the "Company") filed (or was deemed to have filed) an assignment on the 20th day of January 2020, and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Trustee.
On May 3, 2023, the Trustee received their discharge from the estate.
