Notice is hereby given that Concept Gourmet du Village Inc. has filed a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal to its creditors under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and we have consented to act as trustee, as per the Certificate for notice of intention, dated January 23, 2018.
On February 23, 2018, Concept Gourmet du Village Inc. filed an assignment and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt, as stipulated on the Certificate of Assignment.
The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on March 15, 2018 at 9:30 a.m., at the Trustee's Office, located at La Tour Deloitte, 1190 avenue des Canadiens-de-Montreal, Suite 500, Montreal, QC, H3B 0M7.
