Introduction and Overview

Please be advised that on April 30, 2021, the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador in bankruptcy and insolvency issued a bankruptcy order adjudging DH Group Inc. (operating as “Montana’s BBQ and Bar” located at 13 Stavanger Drive, St. John’s, NL A1A 5E8) into bankruptcy (the “Bankruptcy Order”). Under the Bankruptcy Order, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee of DH Group Inc.
