Introduction and Overview

On June 5, 2026, the Superior Court of Québec (Commercial Division), District of Québec (the “Court"), issued an order appointing Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as receiver (the “Receiver") pursuant to Section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA") over the assets of DMB Food Distribution ULC (the “Debtor").
