On March 13, 2013, pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed as the Receiver of all the property, assets and undertakings of Dallata Consulting Group Ltd. ("Dallata"). Deloitte & Touche Inc. was also appointed Receiver, without security, of the property of Akram Hamid ("Hamid") wherever situate, including any proceeds thereof, pursuant to a second Order of the Court dated March 13, 2013.
