Introduction and Overview

February 12, 2020 – By Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Court") dated February 12, 2020 (the "Appointment Order"), Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as receiver (the "Receiver"), without security, of all the assets, undertakings and properties of each of Dean Myers Chevrolet Limited and 1125278 Ontario Limited (collectively, the "Debtors") acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by any of the Debtors, including all proceeds thereof (the "Property").
