​By Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Saskatchewan dated April 11, 2019, Deloitte was appointed as the receiver in respect of all the assets and property (the "Property") of EMW Industrial Ltd., EMW Industrial Inc., E&S Morrison Family Holdings Ltd., Pepper Maintenance Canada (2005) Inc., EMW Holdings Ltd. and EMW Real Estate Co. Ltd (the "EMW Group of Companies").

The Receiver obtained its discharge on April 14, 2021 and the Trustee obtained its discharge on December 1, 2021.
