Eastport Consumers Co-operative Society Limited (“Eastport Co-op”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy on August 9, 2016. Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Trustee of the estate by the Official Receiver.
The first meeting of creditors is scheduled to be held on August 25, 2016 at 7:00pm at the SUF Hall located on Church Street in Eastport, Newfoundland and Labrador.
