On November 25, 2019, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed to act as Receiver to all the assets of Enviroplast Inc. pursuant to a Receivership Order rendered by the Superior Court of Quebec, Commercial Division under section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
On March 19, 2021, Enviroplast Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the Official Receiver. Given the situation caused by Covid-19, the meeting of creditors will be held on April 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. virtually.
