Introduction and Overview

Notice is hereby given that FORTUNA FIX INC. has filed a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal to its creditors under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and we have consented to act as trustee, as per the Certificate for notice of intention, dated February 18, 2020.

On March 20, 2020, Fortuna Fix Inc. was deemed to have filed an assignment (bankruptcy) in accordance with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Given the situation caused by Covid-19, the first meeting of creditors of the Bankrupt was held on April 14, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. via conference call.
