​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​On March 18, 2024, the Petitioners, Goli Nutrition Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of Canada, and Goli Nutrition Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware (collectively, the "Debtors") obtained a First Day Initial Order under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") from the Quebec Superior Court (Commercial Division), district of Montréal (the "Court").  

On April 30, 2024, an Order Terminating the CCAA proceedings and discharging the Monitor was granted.  ​​
