January 24, 2017 – By Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta (the "Court") dated January 24, 2017, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. ("Deloitte") was appointed as the receiver (the "Receiver") solely of the specific property and assets of Grande Cache Coal Corporation and Grande Cache Coal LP which are more particularly identified in Schedule 1 to the January 24, 2017 Court Order.
February 3, 2017 - By Order of the Court dated February 3, 2017, Deloitte was appointed as the Receiver of the property of Grande Cache Coal LP, Grande Cache Coal Corporation, Up Energy (Canada) Limited and 0925165 B.C. Ltd. (collectively, the "Debtors") including, without limitation, of all of the Debtors' current and future assets, undertakings and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situate, including all proceeds thereof.
The Receiver was discharged by the Court of the Queen's Bench of Alberta on November 29, 2018.
