On December 19, 2025 the Court of King's Bench in Winnipeg issued an order (The “Appointment Order") pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended (the "BIA") and section 55 of the Court of King's Bench Act, C.C.S.M. C.C280, as amended, appointing Deloitte Restructuring Inc as the receiver (in such capacity, the “Receiver"), without security, over the respective property of the Debtors subject to the security interest granted to Daimler by the Debtor under the Conditional Sale Contracts and all proceeds thereof, including but not limited to the equipment or outstanding vehicles listed in Schedule “A" to the Appointment Order. ​
