December 18, 2013 – HII (98) GP Inc. filed an assignment on the 18th day of December 2013, and Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee’s appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.

The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt was held on the 8th day of January 2014, at 9:00 a.m.  (Eastern Standard Time), at the offices of McCarthy Tétrault LLP located at 1000 De La Gauchetière Street West, Suite 2500, Montreal, Quebec, H3B 0A2, Canada. European creditors were also able to observe the first meeting of creditors via video conference at the offices of Clifford Chance Partnerschaftsgesellschaft located at Mainzer Landstraße 46, 60325 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Posted to this website under the creditor package is a proof of claim form, proxy form, and a list of creditors with claims amounting to $25 or more (Canadian currency), showing the amounts of their claims. Creditors must prove their claims against the estate of the bankrupt in order to share in any distribution of the proceeds realized from the estate.
