August 20, 2015 - By order of the Court, a bankruptcy was rendered against Homco Realty Fund (68) Limited Partnership, and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as trustee of the estate of the Bankrupt by the Court, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the Trustee’s appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.
The first meeting of creditors of the Bankrupt was held on the 10th day of September, 2015 at 9:30 a.m., at the offices of the Official Receiver located at 1155 Metcalfe Street (Sun Life building), Suite 1071, Montreal QC H3B 2V6.Creditors must prove their claims against the estate of the Bankrupt in order to share in any distribution of the proceeds realized from the estate.
