On August 12, 2026, Innomalt Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the “Notice of Intention”) pursuant to subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”), and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. consented to act as trustee in connection with these proceedings.
