By Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta dated June 23, 2017, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as the receiver and manager of 1508686 Alberta Ltd., Paul Lackan Consulting Inc., and PMBRK Holdings Ltd. 

The Receiver was discharged by the Court of the Queen's Bench of Alberta on April 13, 2018.
