​Machine Works Industrial Inc.

On August 13, 2019, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta (the "Court") as Receiver and Manager of Machine Works Industrial Inc. ("MWI").  A copy of the Receivership Order is found below.

On July 2, 2020, a bankruptcy order was made against MWI and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Trustee of the estate.  A copy of the bankruptcy order and bankruptcy documents are found below.

The Receiver was discharged as Receiver​ on May 13, 2021.

The Order Discharging Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as Trustee was filed on June 13, 2022.
