​On June 7, 2022, Merritt Operations Services LP (“MOSL”) and Nicola Valley Ops Services Inc. (“NVOSI”, collectively with MOSL, the “Company”) were adjudged bankrupt by Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the “Court”) and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as licensed insolvency trustee of the estates of the bankrupts (the “Trustee”). On the same day, the Court granted an additional Order that the Trustee could administer the MOSL and NVOSI estates on a consolidated basis for all purposes in carrying out its administrative duties and other responsibilities under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c.
