On October 14, 2021, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Court of Queen's Bench for Saskatchewan (the "Court") as Interim Receiver of all of Norman Prior Nodwell's (the "Debtor") livestock, including all of the Debtor's cattle and bison, and all of the Debtor's feed and forage (collectively, the "Property").  A copy of the Interim Receivership Order is found below.
