On October 13, 2026, the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted an Order (the “Receivership Order”) appointing Deloitte Restructuring Inc., without security, as receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) of all of the assets, undertakings and property of Novo Textile Company Ltd., Novo Holdings Co. Ltd., Zanatta Seaborne H​oldings Ltd., and Zanatta Seaborne 2 Holdings Ltd. (collectively, the “Debtors”), including the lands and premises legally described as (i) Strata Lot 20 Section 8 Range 1 East New Westminster District Strata Plan EPS7008 (PID: 031 181 368), and (ii) Strata Lot 9 Section 8 Block 6 North Range 1 East New Westminster District Strata Plan EPS9208 (PID: 031 906 630).​
